1. About the installation and testing of plastic bottle cap molds

2. Prepare for activities

3. About installation and testing
(1) Its installation should remain the same as that specified in the drawings.
(2) When the plastic bottle cap mold slides sideways, it must be consistent with the horizontal plane.
(3) If there is a large difference between its length and width, make sure that the longer one is the same as the horizontal direction.
(4) If there are oil circuits and other line connectors, they should be placed on the inactive side to prevent adverse phenomena when they are active. Usually, the regulations for the injection machine call for mostly using screws. Generally, four to eight pressure plates are used, and they should be set symmetrically.
After putting it into the injection equipment, it needs to be adjusted. Its significance is to analyze whether all the moving equipment in the plastic bottle cap mold are stable, and whether the positioning can exert its benefits. Specifically, the following should be given attention.
(1) Ensure that there are no pores between the parting surfaces of the plastic bottle cap mold, and a very large force is required to ensure its effective gathering.
(2) It is necessary to ensure that the movement of the inclined push rod and other guiding parts is stable without interference problems and that the positioning is accurate and reasonable.
(3) When opening the mold, it is necessary to ensure that the products released are stable, and the materials in the plastic parts and pouring system must be pushed out of the plastic bottle cap mold, otherwise they will have a negative impact on it.
(4) Ensure smooth flow of cooling water, prevent leakage problems, and ensure that all valves operate in order.
4. Mold trial
After completing the installation and adjustment activities, it can be tested. Specifically, the raw materials should be put in first, and then the relevant values of the machinery should be adjusted.
5. Inspection
It is necessary to test whether the design of the plastic bottle cap mold is accurate, and whether the obtained samples are in accordance with the requirements of the user. Can plastic bottle cap molds be mass-produced? In view of the unfavorable phenomena that may occur at this time, it is necessary to actively adjust and deal with it to ensure that it meets the requirements of the user.
